Hi @jenneycs, I did already try to contact directly via the Contact Us form, but still not received a reply.
Is there any acknowledgement of this issue, release or fix planned?

In reply to: [OceanWP] Mobile Menu Link does not work after updaing to 3.0.6Thanks @rpgp, though I guess that’s not an option for me retroactively…
Is there another way to rollback to 3.0.5?

In reply to: [OceanWP] Mobile Menu Link does not work after updaing to 3.0.6Similar issues here @rpgp, seems recently updates have been released without adequate testing.
How do you downgrade to previous version?

In reply to: [NSFW] [Super Page Cache] Test Cache issues– Turn off those options. At no point ever use two page caching solution together.
Thanks – they’re set to off.
With some further testing on the homepage – as @mateithemeisle pointed out – caching works correctly when logged out /incognito but no longer works when logged in. Is this expected behaviour?

In reply to: [NSFW] [Super Page Cache] Test Cache issuesThanks @isaumya.
It just seems to be behaving inconsistently (sometimes cache HIT sometimes MISS).
To confirm, we only have two page rules configured (one is our redirect, the other was set up by Super Page Cache).
The browser cache TTL is set correctly.
Safe to leave these settings in SG Optimizer enabled or not?

In reply to: [NSFW] [Super Page Cache] Test Cache issuesHey @mateithemeisle,
The headers did seem to check out when I looked yesterday, however, we were getting some dodgy E/F scores on gtmetrix and I saw this sudden drop-off in Cloudflare at 12am (30-50% to <4%) which makes me think there us an issue somehow with the configuration.
Is it just one page rule that WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache requires? We do have one already configured (see original post) that could be conflicting depending on this.
Thanks
Is there any update on this from SG?

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Opt-in setting locationThanks for the follow up, strangely I don’t see this tab… I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but this is what I can see.
edit: re-synced the audience and the settings appear now, cheers.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Opt-in setting location@ryanhungate do you mean in WP?
No options appear either via:
* Plugins > installed plugins > Mailchimp for WooCommerce > settings
or
* WooCommerce > MailchimpForum: Plugins
In reply to: [NSFW] [Side Cart Woocommerce | Woocommerce Cart] AJAX Refresh IssueHey @xootix,
Thanks for getting back to me.
It was working until very recently so my assumption was that one of the plugins is the cause – thanks for confirming that Side Cart is probably not it.
OceanWP support, Free Gifts plugin support and now yourself have all said that the issue is somewhere else, so is it possible that the issue lies in our WordPress/WooCommerce database rather than a specific plugin?
This is getting beyond any expectation for your further support but the sudden loss of functionality between the plugins just doesn’t make much sense.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Opt-in setting locationHello, any response on this please?
Hello!
I’ve implemented a default meta description for an attribute which seems to work:
if ( null === $args && is_post_type_archive( 'yield' ) ) {
Say ‘yield’ has the following values for example: low, medium or high. The taxonomy for that is /…/yield/high, /…/yield/low, etc. and currently it’s only applying to the top-level.
How do I implement this for the actual values i.e. level of granularity below ‘yield’?
I will check this out, thanks Sybre.
