I want it to show the below content ad when there is either no content or the content has only one paragraph.

same was happened with me I was about to tell you to remove eAccelerator, also Suhosin is also not working properly with the PHP 5.4 if you check your error_log you might notice that too, so better remove that also until its fully compatible.

how much you increased? i mean memory limit?

Increasing memory limit did it ??

There is no caching plugin installed, I also tried repairing database via Phpmyadmin, but the issue is still intact.
