In reply to: [Koko Analytics] New detail panel not informative and hidden on mobileEven from the multi-day view, maybe some people want to go directly to the page instead of see the filtered chart. Just because some users want it doesn’t mean all users want it.
The new feature is creating new issues that have to be figured out. Doing design work before shipping can prevent having to patch things up after release.

In reply to: [Koko Analytics] New detail panel not informative and hidden on mobileOK, but from a design perspective, it is weird that the blue panel appears far away from the item I just clicked on. Not intuitive. There was probably not much of a design process behind this. It is understandable if you are not a designer.
I would pull the feature and have a designer look at it. This is a filter, so the selected page should be highlighted in the same table. Then it should be possible to remove the filter inline.
If you leave the feature, then yes I would disable it in the single-day view.

In reply to: [Koko Analytics] New detail panel not informative and hidden on mobileHello,
It’s not a bug—I’m referring to the whole feature. I cannot figure out why this was added.
On the main statistics page, I click on a page in the top 20. Instead of going to that page, now it shows statistics for that page in the black summary banner. But those statistics are already in the table, so I am not getting any new information. This “feature” adds no value and adds new steps to get to the page.
On mobile, the interaction is worse because the “Page = ” panel appears off-screen.

In reply to: [Koko Analytics] New detail panel not informative and hidden on mobileP.S. I’ve signed up for a Pro plan because I’ve gotten a lot of value out of this software for years. I hope you keep the focused, clean UI and good performance. More features is not necessarily better.

In reply to: [Koko Analytics] Bugs and concernsI know you said everyone wants something different on the dashboard. I have no interest in the top pages and referrers, and I think it just clutters the dashboard.
What made this plugin great was that it stuck to the essentials and didn’t get in the way. I hope you keep this design philosophy. Good designers say no to a lot of ideas. Dieter Rams said: “Less, but better.”
(I previously looked into donating to support the plugin but couldn’t find a way to do so.)

In reply to: [Koko Analytics] Bugs and concernsThanks for working on concerns that came up.
Today with the new update, left arrow key works to go back in time, but right arrow key doesn’t do anything.

In reply to: [Koko Analytics] Bugs and concernsI’m in UTC-4.
I updated to the new version. On iPhone, Koko defaults to today’s date, so that issue is fixed.
Still, arrow navigation in the date pulldown doesn’t work.
Yesterday I was on the current version of Safari for Mac.- This reply was modified 1 year ago by flaneuring.

In reply to: Search block not availableUser error! The culprit was a plugin called Disable Search. I took some measures to improve security last year, including installation of this plugin. Then forgot about it.
Anyway thanks for helping me figure this out.

In reply to: Search block not available@contentiskey The Health Check plugin is great. Couldn’t be easier. With plugins disabled, the search block is available. So now I will add back plugins to see which one is causing this.
Thank you.

In reply to: Search block not available@t-p The earlier request was in the Relevanssi area, and we determined that that plugin is not the issue. So I thought that question was effectively closed, and it was proper form to start a new thread.
Yes, I did go to GeneratePress and ask them. As explained in OP, I switched to aother theme (2023) and still had the same issue. This means it is apparently not specific to GeneratePress. I just noticed they suggested some debugging tips like turning off all plugins, which I will try now.
