Ah – YESS – I got it!
Thank you so much for your help. Sorry if I came off as such a newb ?? I’m familiar with WordPress but this is one of my first experiments with eCommerce. Who knew there was going to be so much involved with shipping, payment processing, and sales tax.
Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place – but in that section I see options for ‘Local Pickup’, “Free Shipping”, and “Flat Rate”. I don’t see how to include USPS with those options. Am I missing something?
From what I can tell, once I turn your plugin on, all I see are the USPS shipping rates. I could be mistaken, but I think it is overriding WooCommerce, right?
Alright – I changed that first line to:
$post_format = ‘video’;Since all the posts are ‘videos’ but am still getting an error. Can you check on your side if it’s giving that same error?
And where do you find that error info. Maybe I can debug a little myself if I know where to look.
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Tesseract theme and Content viewHi!
Did you find any solution to this?
I may be having a similar problem. I am able to get a really nice blog ‘home page’ using the new blog content block:
(https://jim-flannery.com/blog)But my actual blog posts themselves are stuck in a blog template that isn’t quite what I’m going after with my posts. If I use the Visual Editor, I’m stuck with a left sidebar. And if I use the Beaver Builder (preferred) I’m stuck with a left sidebar waaaay out in the left margin.
Regular: https://jim-flannery.com/2015/11/13/hello-world/
Beaver: https://jim-flannery.com/2015/09/04/how-to-write-your-first-blog-post/What I really want is a blank page so I can insert my own styling and my own sidebar.
Haha – gotcha – alright. I feel a little dumb
I’m not certain that can be the problem. As I’ve had that function in my repeater code since the very beginning. I can’t image why it’s now suddenly causing a problem.
You are getting that because it says the issue is on ‘line 1’ ??
What should I do about it?
I contacted the host. They said this:
Usually 500 errors indicate a problem on the server, which is understandable. In this case, the 500 error is triggered by a fatal php error, which is the server, but due to some function in their code, which is them.
Then they told me to share this error with you:
[29-Mar-2016 04:07:38 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function et_pb_post_format() in /home/americabeheardce/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/ajax-load-more/core/repeater/default.php on line 1
Hey – not sure what’s gone on here, but suddenly the plugin has stopped loading new posts. Do you see anything wrong with it:
Sample page:
https://dev.americabeheard.com/category/income-tax/Hi, @valehero —
Tried setting this up, but still having no luck. Same issue as you. Payment goes through to the PayPal account, but it never registers with the plugin that payment has happened. So no transaction = no published post.
I tried altering the code as you describe but still no luck. Maybe i should have something else in the ‘MySiteNAME’ field? Can you give me some advice on this?
Did you get payments working? I’m having a similar issue. The ‘free mode’ works as expected. But when I switch to “paid”, the money makes it into the destination PayPal account, but the plugin doesn’t register the payment. So the transaction isn’t listed. And then their post stays as ‘pending’ rather than ‘Published.’
Would love to hear how you got this working.
