Thanks. That is indeed how the previous designer did that as I was able to put an existing thumbnail back in just by including the same menu item number. I’m just wondering where he is storing them so I can create new ones and put them in.

As I also mentioned yesterday, he apparently created some pages partially in WordPress and partially in HTML by hand. For example, if you go to https://www.executivetravellink.com/brands/hotel-brands/, he seemed to create the first paragraph in WordPress as when I go to the hotel-brands page in WordPress, I can see the first paragraph created. However, that is all you see and when I tried to insert a banner above the first paragraph, it doesn’t show up. I’m just wondering where exactly he put the rest of the content and how he linked it together.

    Hi Megan,

I’m sorry. This issue was actually resolved yesterday, but I never changed the topic status as “resolved.” I certainly appreciate it though!

I’m actually having another problem with https://www.executivetravellink.com that maybe you can assist with. I was actually hired last Monday by this company Executive Travel Link to complete their site after someone else apparently started creating the site in partially WordPress and partially in HTML and CSS.

I have been able to figure out most of the WordPress issues, but cannot figure out the filenames of the others. For example, if you go to the Brands menu and go down to the Hotel Brands page, if I go into the Hotel Brands page that was created on WordPress. I see only the first paragraph about Club Med and I’m assuming that the rest of the content was created in a separate HTML file, so I am not able to edit or add anything to the page until I find the file that was used to create the rest.

Also, in the navigation bar at the top, I figured out how to change the titles and links at the top as I added new ones for “Vacation Packages” and “Attractions,” however I cannot figure out where to include those small thumbnails like the others have. I’m assuming that was done in a separate HTML file as well. I do have the information for their FTP and am in the process of transferring all of the files on the remote side to myself locally. However, since it looks like the site was started in WordPress, I can’t seem to figure out where all of the other files were placed.

I know this may be a bit confusing and may not even be possible for someone on the outside to figure out, but anything that you could suggest will be MUCH appreciated!

    Thank you ??

I just had another question. I just added another link for “Vacation Packages” and want to include a small thumbnail next to it like the others have. Where would I insert those?

Thanks. That seemed to be the correct area. Now, I’ll just have to play around with that section to see where I can add more links and such.

    It worked. Thanks so much!
