–> if we activate plugin we can see the error in developer console “jquery is not defined”, maybe that helps….

to make the consent look more nicely we add some css styles now. If it helps you can have a look at our page for the added styles. To fix the align of the text we added

span#cn-notice-text {
    vertical-align: top !important;
    display: inline-block;
    margin-top: 12px;
}

to the text span maybe you have to adjust it for you.

sorry we forgot to deactivate autopzimze again. But there still some problems –> At the moment we are unable to align text to middle because some theme css is advice div to baseline align.

Advising text or div to align middle with css does not help. Any idea? Also responsive behaviour of the cookie notice isn`t very nice. Maybe you could fix some style issues for smaller advices.

updated plugin. But nothing changes, tried several classes. No change of behaviour. Maybe we use wrong classes but I do not think so. You can try it on your own.

thanks for answer. We updated to current version but still if we add a s example class to button for padding or text for vertical-align nothing changes. We tried several css class chains or ony css class from input field — no change of corresponding element.

before updating cookie fireing worked. Now your cookie sp_dsgvo_cn_accepted is still fired but no _ga cookie is set.

Cache plugins are all reset and cookies deleted. But still no cookie after accept.

ok but how are the cookies fired, or how cookies treated? Maybe you can explain me on two examples what to do?

1. existing selection “cookies” –> what happens when a user (or not logged in visitor) changes the behaviour within the cookie selection on 3rd party cookie page?

–> ALL cookies blocked?
–> certain cookies blocked?

2. we create a new one maybe we call it WP live chat (we use a chat addon) –> what happens when a user (or not logged in visitor) changes the behaviour within the cookie selection on 3rd party cookie page?

–> nothing because we have to add some code for this new cookie? if yes how to add code, where to find cookie code/ script and have we to do something else?
–> it blocks the right cookie? I can`t believe it works this way….

If we want to add more cookie entries without the possibility to change from active/ deactivate to the list would it be possible for strictly necessary cookies to keep page working?
