I’m sure this isn’t only me this is affecting hopefully there is a solution soon

If you can access FTP and remove the specified files then reply to this email with the actions took on your end to fix it, so that I can re-escalate it back to our engineers for them to re-scan the web space and put your website back online once it is clean.
I have requested for an email to be sent to you by our engineers about this case as well.
