Thanks Michael. I understand Google will pick up what it wants but that doesn’t explain why Google is displaying the meta data we want, but just in reverse.
We want: Indonesia Adventure Travel Guide | Roamindonesia.com
Google displays: Roamindonesia.com: Indonesia Adventure Travel Guide
The latter looks unprofessional. Any given Google search returns very few meta titles with the “title:” tag. Since this only occurs on our homepage and none of the other 300+ pages on our site, I have to assume the issue is related to the Site Title.
