In v3.0 you changed the frontend course creation, and I don’t like the new interface, the new flow of creating courses lessons and what so ever. I want the previous interface because that was the reason we bought the Pro version. And the compatibility with Google Drive which now is not working anymore.
You just cannot change things just because you dream to “enhance” Tutor LMS, without keeping in mind your customers needs!
Did you collect your customers opinion regarding the new flow? NO! “Hey customers, we want to mess up the UX frontend course builder. What is your opinion, since you paid for it? Here is our UX suggestion. TAke a look over wireframes and tell us how we can do this better?” I haven’t received such a message! I received, in exchange, messages like “buy now Tutor Pro, X% off”. But I already bought the Pro months ago…
Did you think you might disrupt your customers business by changing the UX? NO!
Did you care about that? NO!
I spend 2 months on testing all the LMS from the market and I have chosen Tutor. Why? Because I liked the frontend UX course creation. Now you mess it up!

In reply to: [Big search | WPSolr] Fatal errorWe have a lot of documentation to read on regard, first of all ?? The Weaviate has QA integrated which can be used out-of-the box with WP Solr, but we have to figure it out how to display it in an overlay on post pages for summarizing the posts on demand, among a lot of other things, like using jina-embeddings-v-3 and its segmenter API for chunking and embedding or voyage-law-2 (because we will have legal content on the website in romanian language), just to mention a few.

We cannot modify that function because on the next update the modification would be lost, so we already have decided to uninstall wp rss plugin and move the feeds to another plugin. We need more WP Solr than wp rss, because we want to improve the search engine and we contemplate to install weaviate or vespa, but we not sure which one yet.

No further need for help. We uninstalled the pughin and opted for another one.
Now is working, but on frontend the message “After your initial payment, your first payment is Free.” is not displayed. But we can put an identical message in description.

We have checked with other new accounts, but nothing changes. The 30 days trial from PMPro in stripe checkout it arrives with 61 days.
We did other tested as well. Instead of 1 month trial we tried with 4 weeks, 30 days, but is not working.
Even if “Checking out for the same level multiple times will extend the cancellation date and not reset it” I think it seem to be an internal PMPro bug which must be solved by PMPro team, because there might be users who goes back and forward from PMPro checkout page to Stripe checkout page, for various reasons, they change their minds, maybe will buy later and want to review a certain information back from the website, session expire etc.
HI, I have changed the amount and worked. The only issue is that stripe checkout did not get the membership period of 3 months, but is not a problem. Thanks a lot!
We only have to see how the 30 days trial period from PMPro arrives in Stripe Checkout with 61 days (as you can see in video).

I am not interesting in hireing or posting jobs to your platform. We have out team of devs.
I want to solve an issue that PMPro has that you’re trying to cover up, I do not want start looking in PMPro code to solve ourselves the issue. The story of “deactivat all plugins and reactivate them one by one” is the only solution everybody is offering for users of free plugins. I has willing to pay for a plan, but I will reconsider if this problem is not solved.

The deactivating plugins is out of discussion. PMPro should work indipendently that other plugins. There is a javascript error we get in PMPro disabled checkout page, before going to Stripe checkout.

I meant, atfel cancelling a subscription to not display in frontend the Cancel button anymore, givving user the possibility to cancel same subscription again and again. A message like “your request to cancel this membership level has been registered and your subbrscription will end date.

thank you for answering to our ticket. The problem is not reaching out a developer to fix the issues. This issues mut be solved by PMPro team and packed as an update. Otherwise, the PMPro will keep having this issue in its core.
Steps are correct, but issues changed this morning. I couldn;t replicate the initial error, but now from PMPro checkout page am I not redicercted to Stripe checkout, but I am subscribed automatically and I receive the order confirmation screen. Stripe do not record any transaction. I recorded the screen and I would like to share the video with you, if you could provide me a private email or a PMPro ticketing page .

UPDATE: Same issue found on a fix subscription with one time payment, set to expire after 3 months. PMPro mark start date 25/09/2024 end date 25/03/2025!. This is 5 months, not 3.
