In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] extra css classes / custom cssHi,
1.The below is applied, but the table does not change accordingly.
.tablepress {
width: 80%;
}2. By “I cannot create another one” I mean:
I am into the editing the table named ” 1st table”, and i have already created css class named “border”. Now I want to create another class, so delete “border” in the extra css field, and I insert “background”.I click on save button. Then I click on the custom css link and I see the css code of “border” style. I delete it and I insert a new code for the new “background” style. I click on save.
After this moment, as I enter “border”in the extra css field – the table appears without any style, which means for me that the “border” style does not exist anymore, after I created the new “background” style.
I hope you understand my explantaion.Thnx and regards!

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] extra css classes / custom csshi,
Well I don’t get to the point to have them separetely.
As I mentioned – I just can rename and/or change the “border” class, but I cannot create another one, and furthermore – to use them together.After extra css class named “border” is created, what are the exact steps i need to follow in order to create another one “border background”, and both to be available separately from each other or together?
Can you pls describe the steps.
Thnx!
Ivan

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] extra css classes / custom cssSo this means I can upgrade “border” to “border background”, and I cant have them separately and use them as separate extra css classes – correct?
Another question:
As I want to create an extra css class, and implement it to many tables. The element I want to style is cannot be styled pointing to “td”, “tr”, elements, but to the “table” element ( in the givven example I mean “width” ang “height” attributes.) So my question is which element do I poin out in my custom css field in order to be universal for all tables?
Sorry for it might be a stupid question, but as you can tell I am just a firststepper in the css field. ??
sorry

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] extra css classes / custom cssThank you for the prompt answer!
I can’t create second css class, after i created the 1st one.
I mean:
I am into the editing the table named ” 1st table”, and i have already created css class named “1st css class”.From that point on – what is my action plan in order to create another css class? Up to now I just have been able to rename and/or change the “1st css class”, but I cannot create another one, and furthermore – to use them together.
Thank you again for your help!
