( insert happy dance here) it was a host problem… now fixed…

the page it now comes to states

any idea how i can fix this…

I have the same problem, however I had not installed the update… so keen to see your responses

that should read any advice. sorry i should also state I have not install the new update yet, because i wanted to learn how to do a backup before i proceeded
