?The integration should be working now. Our specialists have made a few test orders and the email was successfully synced both times and custom field data was populated. However, the abandoned cart doesn’t seem to be working because a plugin is interfering with the behavior. I wasn’t able to see abandoned carts in WooCommerce either so it’s possible that they are not being tracked by WooCommerce itself. If that’s the case, this would be the issue for the MailerLite plugin as well.

This plugin worked fine when we had our website running an older version of php but surprisingly it stopped working properly when we switched to php 8. What a coincidence. Thanks for your support.

I tried Apple Mail client, Canary mail, regular Gmail web based email.

Plus the text in the header of the emails gets too close to the heading :New Order and such when I use Kadence customizer.

It doesn’t work as it used to. Maybe because we just completely overhauled our website and released a clean version: https://www.fleur-box.com

Hello Hannah. Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it. The problem is no email client is pulling the product images even if you set the image to Show in kadence settings, which was never an issue before. I believe it’s because the plugin has some outdated codes or something. We are using the latest WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP 8 environment.
