In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] Edamam Nutrition Info And PixwellHi,
Superb.
Now to try and workout how to get the nutritional table to appear on mobile view as the Nutrition widget for Pixwell only appears in desktop view. Where do I find shortcode for the nutritional data?

In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] Edamam Nutrition Info And PixwellThank you. We will look into the Nutritional table styling and play more with the Edamam API. If there are issues we will get back to you.
Note also that google is giving us errors for the following with regards to recipe structured data:
Either ‘image’ or ‘video’ should be specified (in ‘recipeInstructions’)Missing field ‘name’ (in ‘recipeInstructions’)

In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] Edamam Nutrition Info And PixwellOkay I figured out that you need to add the Nutrional Facts widget to the Pixwell theme to get it to show. It’s not the prettiest thing but I’ll work with it.

In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] Edamam Nutrition Info And PixwellOh and I’ve also noticed that when the Ingredients list is divided into sections and I click “Calculate Nutritional Information’ an error message often pops up as follows ‘Error: Your recipe seems to have insufficient quality to process correctly. Please check the recipe and try again.’

In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] Serving Size Not Changing IngredientsHi.
Perfect! That fixed the issue.
Keep up the great work!
One small thing I’ve noticed is that the Pixwell coloured category menu isn’t appearing for all recipes. (some recipes show it and some don’t).

In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] Serving Size Not Changing IngredientsHi,
I’m at a loss. The plugin is updated to 1.7.15.4 and I even tried turning the cache off to see if the serving suggestions worked correctly but they still didn’t.

Updated but the issue still there: https://greedy-panda.com/2024/02/mexican-taco-soup/
Pixwell website needs updating too. Docs go through to an unsecure page not found.

Also your plugin is used by Pixwell (the basic version) theme. Within Pixwell the COOKED plugin settings shows an option to upgrade to the PRO version and you get 10% off. If you click through to payment there is nowhere to put in the discount code?

Woo – Just saw this was updated today. Fabulous news. Now that it’s reincarnated we shall be buying.
Okay the servings size adjustment isn’t particularly elegant but we can work with it (the whole page reloads on serving size change instead of just the ingredient quantities).
Hands free cooking mode simply prevents your screen from going dark but it’s pretty essential when you have your hands covered in food and so don’t want to touch your device.
One more feature that would be nice is the ability to add small quick loading video clips to the recipe steps.
Your website example is okay but many of the menu links are broken. A good demo should be linked to your plugin page to show what it can do.
The idea with allergens wasn’t to add whole categories but simply to be able to add a small (glanceable) icon to each recipe overview to show if the recipe contains the main allergens such aa dairy, nuts, soy, wheat etc.

Great News! We never subscribed to Cooked pro because it got seemingly abandoned. A few key features are missing from our pov.
- Ingredients should be able to be auto adjusted by selecting capacity/servings (recipe scaling)
- Hands Free Cook Mode
- Ability to add allergen information to recipes
- Ability to add cuisine type to recipes
- Ability to add nutritional information automatically by using something like nutrifox
Yes we are experiencing the same error when trying to upload a csv file
