Hi! I′m having the same problem. I think it′s for the integration of Email Before Download plugin with Contact Form 7 and Download Monitor plugins. I′m using these versions:
-Email before Download 3.2.8
-Contact Form 7 3.9
-Download Monitor 1.5.1

According with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-before-download/, these versions still don′t work well togehter. Is that correct?

Please, how can I install the older versions and solve this problem?
