As you can see on my demo page Kel’Thuzad works fine (at least v1.5.1 of my plugin should be installed). In case of doubt please send me a link to your page via my contact page in oder to take a deeper look to find the reason for your problem.

can you specify your problem? The plugin works fine with the newest version of WordPress. Did you follow the instructions?
The plugin searches for Hearthstone card names within brackets e.g. [Druid of the Claw] and automatically adds an overlay to them.
