Same problem here and not only in one shop. Almost in every shop with the official plugin. Deleted WooCommerce products still appear in facebook shop.

It may be a problem with some hooks that also the extended plugins use.
I used fibosearch and replaced in theme php file the default search function with the ajax one and it worked. Though i will check further more for other people that may encounter the same problem. Thanks again.

@johnson0118 Thank you for your fast answer. We were already using it but stopped also working as well as other extended search plugins. We will check any conflict and we will be back but there is no other update in the near past except of Woo.

aame problem here in some installations. Can we check why is this happening?

Same here in two shops we are trying to connect the connection is not completing.
The woocommerce users are created in the business manager but the connection is not completing in woocommerce facebook tab and no products are syncing in feed. The procedure needs to be started agaian and again with no result.

Hmmm… that’s strange. ?? Can you try troubleshooting this using the Facebook test event tool? We have an open issue for this – though we’re still gathering information to help us narrow it down.

Yes, a conflict can cause the issue you’re describing. You can try doing a conflict test and manually sync the feed (Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync) to see if that helps.

Its strange because it happens to many sites that use different plugins. I will see if i can find a ny common to speed up the procedure. Tha manual sync works as expected when i run it.

Can you give me in a message the feed url that the plugin generates? Previous versions i think they were providing a manual url also but im not so sure to be sincere.

That’s really odd, I have a test site, and if I make changes to certain products, the product update is properly synced to the corresponding product in Facebook catalog. Please ensure that you have the latest version of 2.3.5

Sadly it happens to many sites i manage. After syncing seems to be working and suddennly after some days doesnt sync new changes. i will post you the hook that fails if it helps. Can it be a coflict problem?

This happens also in many websites. No additional script anywhere just the official plugin connected with business manager.

Unfortunately, at the moment FB Product Set can only be created based on WooCommerce category, so not possible to be based on an attribute

Is there a certain link to see the feed the plugin sends? maybe we can map a column in catalog settings that can help.

Although the problem with syncing products seems to persist.

Products that are choosen not to sync appear on FB business page as posts and products.

But i think that should be a matter for another topic.

no continue button, cant select the not eligible account (because its new), so all options are greyed, cant leave it blank, and if i press back then the procedure just need to run again from the previous point to reach this dead end again.

may work but its not the best solution for the Official Facebook Plugin

Same problem here. Is anyone here to ask? is it bug? do we need to re connect the plugin?

Tried to fix it in many ways, also updated in last version, but could not.
