You can certainly integrate these two plugins. You will need the Easy Digital Downloads addon for WP Courseware to integrate the two plugins. There is a video tutorial on how to integrate the two on that webpage. If you want a detailed tutorial on how to integrate the two you can visit the Fly Plugins Blog.
