Understood, I’ve reached out to support just now. Thank you.
I’m confused. I reached out to support here, and now you’re suggesting I contact a different support team? Instead of making me send another email, could you please forward my ticket to your support staff? It would streamline the process.
I’m conducting tests by sending test emails through WooCommerce. The link I’m focusing on is located in the header of my website, leading to the homepage. I’ve sent test emails with both click/link tracking enabled and disabled. With link tracking enabled, I encounter the error I’ve previously described, while with it disabled, everything works smoothly. If my explanation isn’t clear enough, I can provide screenshots, but it seems like a straightforward issue.

In reply to: [Enable Media Replace] Replace upon uploadHi Gerald,
Certainly! Instead of manually replacing images through the traditional method in the plugin (Replace Media -> Manually uploading the image), I envision a feature where if I upload an image named “109577.jpg” through the native WordPress upload, it would automatically overwrite/replace an existing image with the exact same name, “109577.jpg” through this plugin’s “Just replace the file” function.
I hope this clarifies the request. Please let me know if you have any questions.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Latest color change is a painThe most effective approach would be to revert to a previous version until the plugin author resolves the issues. It’s disconcerting that there’s uncertainty about the previous color scheme, as the disparity is quite noticeable.

In reply to: [Simple Cloudflare Turnstile - CAPTCHA Alternative] Order StatusWoocommerce has a native order-status look up feature which is a form to submit that includes the order number and the customer email.
Would be great if this plugin included an option to enable turnstile on that form.
Is that how you talk to a paying customer? I bought optimization credits from you guys.
Not only do not you not provide any support, you tell me what to do.
Are the guidelines more important than helping a paying customer out?
I figured it out with a simple google search with no thanks to your support.
Have an amazing day!

Understood. I am receiving the following error when optimizing an image.
URL is inaccessible from our server(s) due to access restrictions.
Where can I see the logs of operations?
And/or
What IPs should I whitelist on my firewall? The payment is captured through stripe.com and that works perfectly. The connection with Stripe, webhooks, etc is working perfectly too.
However the status is not changing as it should. I do not have any custom snippets and this was working with the other stripe plugin I had (yet your plugin is overall way better, the 3D secure is perfection).
I will try your suggestion and report back.
Hi there,
The order status is still not changing after the payment is captured. ??
I do not see any fatal errors with this plugin or with WooCommerce with new orders coming in and I am using the latest version of this plugin.
Even when the payment is captured manually, the order note does not update that the payment has been captured and still says authorized.
Other than this issue everything is flawless.
I do not have the form widget running on a live website so sending a URL is not helpful.
Feel free to follow these instructions, and I have simplified them.
1. Add the widget
2. Remove the title of the widget
3. Save widget
4. the Default widget title will appear after it is removed/saved.Hey there,
Yes if I add the form in as a widget and remove it, is it removed from the website correctly. However the instructions of the previous post were not followed.
You are adding and removing the widget so to clarify for a third time. If I remove the Form Widget Title or the Title of the Widget Form, the default Widget Title “Sendinblue Newsletter” reappears by default.
I can overwrite the plugin files for the Form Widget not to show the Form Widget Title but I rather not modify the theme files.
I can make a video of that if you need a fourth clarification.
Thanks!
I never experienced this issue when using other Stripe plugins, only while using this one and from what I see there are no fatal errors showing WC_Order.
Furthermore all my web hooks look good so no problems there.
Are there any other settings I need to change?
