1/2/3 – content is private, so it must be assigned. Base plugin only allows to assign to a single user. However you have various addons to allow assigning content to something else.
For example, ? additional owner types ? allows assignment to several users, WordPress roles, user groups. ? Projects ? allows assigning to projects, etc.
4 – It should be visible. Either your theme is hiding it or you have selected the setting to hide private file footer/header in the private files settings tab.

The only difference between the licenses is the number of websites you are allowed to use it on. Personal = 1 website, professional = up to 5 websites, developer = unlimited.

Yes, we are currently in the process of restoring the website. Shop is now ok, but documentation/support is still missing.
The plugin automatically uses the WordPress login/registration forms when needed. If you want to integrate those forms in your frontend, you could use our Authentication Forms add-on.
