Hi doggieboat, you will need to change the payment method in the WordPress back-end by navigating to WooCommerce -> Orders and editing the affected order. Please note that no actual payment process will be initiated if you follow these steps and select e.g. “Square” or “Stripe” as the new payment method.

In reply to: [FooSales - Point of Sale (POS) for WooCommerce] Customer ListHi @rvuongt,
- Yes, FooSales will display your WordPress users with the role of “Customer”.
- Importing customers into WordPress is not part of FooSales functionality so you might need to use a third-party plugin to achieve this.
You can read more about Customers in FooSales in our Help Documentation here: https://help.foosales.com/docs/topics/customers/

Hi @greencode, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I can’t seem to replicate this error in my test environments. Would it be possible to submit this report as a ticket and include your sites WooCommerce status report – https://help.foosales.com/contact/support/
Please also confirm your payment method settings and any other information that might be useful.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the feedback and I’m sorry FooSales is not currently a good fit.
While FooSales doesn’t currently integrate directly with third-party card machines, it is on our product roadmap and will hopefully be implemented soon.
Please be sure to signup to our feature notification service to be notified when it launches.
Hi Marko,
It sounds like you are using the version sold on WooCommerce.com which is different to www.ads-software.com version. If so please, please try saving your permalink settings in the WordPress backend (Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Save settings). This should solve the issue.
If you require further assistance, please get in touch here: https://www.foosales.com/support/
Hi @webservptyltd,
I’m terribly sorry you experienced difficulty and for the mix up! You query slipped through the cracks and was only responded to a few hours ago. I am really sorry for the delay.
If you still wish to cancel your FooSales Plan, you can do so via the FooSales.com website by going to My Account > Plans, select your plan and click the cancel button. That said I hope we are able to assist and avoid you needing to do so ???
Here are the answers we sent in response to your queries:Q. How to do refunds?
A: For now it is possible to do refunds using the iOS or Android app only, not the web version. The ability to refund orders will be implemented on the web version in the near future.
Q. If we wanted to manage suppliers, would we need to do that from WordPresssuppliers?
A: Is WordPress Suppliers a specific third-party plugin that you are using? If so, then I’m afraid FooSales does not integrate with this plugin.
Q. At the moment we can only see cash or card options available when creating an order in POS. We currently have 4 different payment methods enabled in WooCommerce, however they don’t seem to be available
A: When submitting an order in the app, it creates a new order in your WooCommerce back-end and marks it as ‘completed’. Selecting the payment method in the app as ‘cash’ or ‘card’ simply adds meta data to the order so that in your WooCommerce back-end you can see what the payment method was. These are the only payment methods that you can currently select. If you can perhaps let us know what other payment methods you are using then we can consider adding these options in the future.
Q. Have you got any advice on how to use afterpay in store. Adfterpay is currently connected with our Woocommerce store.
A: FooSales does not currently integrate with Afterpay. Adding additional payment options is on our list of features to consider implementing in the future.
Q. When taking orders, It looks like we are forced to fill out email address? How can we make a sale without email address? We currently have the settings in WooCommerce to allow guest checkout.
A: It is possible to select “Guest Customer” on checkout without having to fill in an email address or any other information. Please send us a screenshot and description of the problem if something different happens for you.
Q.Why is not all my existing Woocommerce orders available in your POS? Currently only 1 that I created using POS, and 58 old cancelled orders seem to be available.
A: Currently only orders that you’ve made in FooSales will be visible in the app or web version.
Q. What is the difference of the WooCommerce plugin you sell here https://www.foosales.com/ ?VS here https://woocommerce.com/products/foosales-for-woocommerce/
A: The FooSales for WooCommerce extension that is sold on the WooCommerce Marketplace is essentially the FooSales web version. The only differences between the two product offerings is that FooSales is sold as an annual license on WooCommerce as opposed to a monthly subscription on FooSales.com which some customers may prefer, and secondly, you only get access to the FooSales web version with the WooCommerce extension instead of access on all three platforms (web, iPad and Android tablet) which you get with a FooSales monthly plan.
With regards to the app access issue that you experienced, it could be that FooSales is being permanently or temporarily blocked from connecting to your website. This might be due to a security plugin or your website hosting company blocking access. We sent further instructions on how to get around this.
Again I am sorry we were not able to assist sooner and hope that we can help resolve any issue!
