In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Courses Freezing Since UpdateIt actually has seemed to be just a temporary fix doing this, if I disable the plugin after revisiting the site again it has reverted back to just the loading circle on screen with everything freezing. Totally stumped now, any suggestions? Also when checking my hosting provider only allows me to use uptp php version 5.5. Never been a problem in the past, would this cause this issue? Have used Firefox to run diagnose and found a lot of CSS ‘declaration dropped’ warnings? Too many to paste in here but heres a sample…

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Courses Freezing Since UpdateUpdate on this, have now followed the guidance for similar issues and found that it is the Core Plugin from my Premium theme that is causing the issue ?? anyone know how I can find out the exact element which is causing a conflict so I can take it up with them? Thanks

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Lessons are freezingHi there I’m having the same problem since updating the LP Plugin.
What steps did you find this out? Could it be other plugins I’m using on my WordPress theme that are causing the same issue?
Thanks
Sorry Phong
I’ve been having trouble just getting the course to load at all now, potentially something to do with the new update? Hasn’t been working well since this was installed. I’m looking around the forum to see of I can find anyone having this issue, any advice appreciated.
I’ve removed all sections of the course and make accessible without enrolling here:
I’ll put the course content in here so when the above problem is sorted you can see how it displays. Thankyou.
Have also tried to set up in a frame:
<iframe src=”//https://www.getsomeforesight.com/wp-content/uploads/CourseContent/TurbineRefresher/FillerRepairProcess/index.html” width=”1024″ height=”627″ frameborder=”0″></iframe>
The link Im using on the post page is:
https://getsomeforesight.com/public_html/TurbineRefresher/Filler%20Repair%20Process/index.html
Is this correct ^ ? Thanks
Just an update on this to help, I’m now getting a message after clicking on the course thumbnail which takes me to the landing page but have a message:
‘The User (then the course name) is not available!’
Any help please?
Thanks
