There is a big possibility that your database wasn’t set properly. Which means, the database set in your wp_config belongs to the old host. The database in your new host has different name.

Can you tell us in details how do you move your files?

We normally made a backup of our own before upgrade to fantastico.

Chances are the database on the new host is different than your previous one.

You need to create a new database in your web host and restore the database in the new database. And then, change the database setting in your config.php file.
