I didn’t add any extra code like Ross Wintle suggested because I’m not skilled enough for that, if that helps you. But I did try reverting and it didn’t help. Then it auto-updated again to 1.3 because I forgot to stop the automated updates, then I manually updated to 1.3.1

Yo también tengo el mismo problema. Para mi es importante que en Redsys se recoja el nombre del cliente porque al ofrecer tours que se reservan con meses de antelación, si el cliente necesita cancelar en algún momento y le tengo que hacer una devolución puede ser muy dificil localizar la transacción si no aparece el nombre del cliente.
Mis clientes siempre llenan todos los datos al hacer su reserva – no hay opción de invitado.

Aunque también he observado el mismo problema del compa?ero que no recibe el nombre del cliente en Redsys. Cierro este post y comento en el otro.

I’m not techy at all and having to change any theme template scares me A LOT. I don’t want to risk breaking my entire website doing that. And I can’t pay a tech guy to do it.
It’s so frustrating that you’ve made it so complex now, I had it easily configured before you did those changes to the plugin.
Besides, I have a customed child theme with no theme template, since it uses the one from the parent theme – and that means every time I update the parent theme I’ll lose your settings and will have to start all over again. Hate it.
I’m considering switching to another contact form that can do it more simply, because right now all my contact forms stay dead at “sending” and the client doesn’t know it’s been sent and received.Forum: Plugins

If you want to check out the error logs, I can email them to you (just need a contact address).
So for now I’ll exceptionally keep the e-store plugin disabled until the bulk optimization is over, but then I’ll have to disable your plugin because getting paid is a priority over optimizing… ??

Thank you so much! Looks like I had already checked the tag and category support. So I went and tried the code you suggested. I here is what I copied on the file:

And now the archives show up but… at the bottom of the page should appear a list of my services, and something is messing up here because (only for the archive page), instead of services I get my latest blog posts… Any idea how can I solve it?
