You mentioned you’re using the free version of the CF7 to Zoho CRM plugin, it doesn’t support the functionality you need. To resolve this issue, you’ll need the pro version. The pro version includes an “Upsert Records” option, where you can disable the update feature and ensure that new leads are created instead of modifying existing ones.

Indeed, acquiring the pro plugin will resolve your issue. It ensures that all leads will create new records rather than updating existing ones, aligning with your specific requirements.
Note: You make sure that the “Do not allow duplicate values” of the email field in your Zoho CRM is disabled.

This Plugin Primarily focuses on sending form data to Zoho CRM. It does not have built-in features for redirecting users to specific website pages or external links after form submission.
To achieve a redirection after form submission, you can use Elementor’s built-in functionality for “Actions After Submit.” For more detailed instructions and options, you can refer to the Elementor documentation on actions after submit: https://elementor.com/help/actions-after-submit/
