Hi Ben. I don’t think it necessitates creating a new topic, but I did find a work-around.

What I did was enter the standard WooCommerce email management window (WooCommerce > Settings > Emails) and modify the verbiage from there. It worked like a charm.

So now I use Kadence to alter the aesthetics of the emails, and WooCommerce proper to make any changes to the text the customers see. Hope this helps and thanks for the quick reply.

I think I’m experiencing the same issue. I’m running the ShopIsle Theme and don’t have any custom CSS or PHP coding on my site. As far as Page Builders, I have Elementor Pro installed.

Any idea what could be causing this?
