Hi Ben. I don’t think it necessitates creating a new topic, but I did find a work-around.
What I did was enter the standard WooCommerce email management window (WooCommerce > Settings > Emails) and modify the verbiage from there. It worked like a charm.
So now I use Kadence to alter the aesthetics of the emails, and WooCommerce proper to make any changes to the text the customers see. Hope this helps and thanks for the quick reply.
