In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Stripe is not updating order statusHello, I can confirm that we are experiencing the same issue with our orders with payment successful on Stripe but still showing as “pending payment” in Woocommerce. The webhooks are returning a 200OK from Stripe but the order status is not being updated. This issue started to occur when we updated to the latest version 8.3 and so we also rolled back to version 8.2. We pass our orders through 3D secure authentication.
Please fix this issue as this is a serious problem, and as I can see on the forum, many others are already reporting this issue as well
Hello, is there any update on the date when the fix will be released? This is because we have to deactivate the plugin pending a fix. Any news would be appreciated. Thanks
You can replicate this issue by enabling frequently bought together, select template 3 and then select the variation of each product on the product page and adding them to cart. The items added to cart are not the ones selected

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Image thumbnails not showing in Google search after last updateHi @maybelline
As many others have stated, we are all experiencing this issue ever since we updated to Yoast 21.9
Can you please rollout a fix asap? It is affecting our site traffic and this is clearly an issue with the plugin

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Header Overflow Error@joostvandevijver This is an issue with the plugin because once we switched plugins, the header overflow issue goes away. If you read the GitHub messages carefully, people are complaining about this header overflow errror but all your team did was simply to close the ticket.
By the way, I did reach out to Automattic and one of the support engineers could also reproduce the same issue (header overflow and cannot log in using PayPal express). I believe a ticket has already been created for that.
Please fix this plugin instead of blaming the issue on PayPal. It’s already very frustrating to work with a developer that thinks his plugin has no errors when it has been reported on GitHub and here by other people as wellI am not talking about last week. The issue is also occurring this week

@mrclayton Thanks for your quick response.
Could I check what settings are you using for Woocommerce >Shipping > Shipping options ?
Are you shipping to billing address by default or shipping to the shipping address by default?
When we check “ship to billing address” and the customer places an order and changes the address on PayPal, the shipping fields on the Woocommerce order will show the billing address and not the PayPal addressIf you can add the option of preventing customers from changing the address at the PayPal level, this would be most helpful. Your plugin is great and just needs more work to make it perfect
@mrclayton Thanks for your reply.
The reason is because when the customer selects a different shipping address in PayPal than the shipping entered at Checkout, the new address selected in PayPal does not reflect in the order details in Woocommerce. You can test this for yourself with the plugin. The result is that the address selected by the customer at PayPal level is not reflected in the Woocommerce order
This is why we don’t allow customers to change the shipping address at the PayPal level because it is not reflected in the Woocommerce order. Only the shipping address at checkout is reflected

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Header Overflow ErrorHello @joostvandevijver , could you look at this issue asap? This issue is being reported all over github and many users are facing issues. We’ve switched to other PayPal plugins and can confirm that the “header overflow” bug is only specific to this woocommerce PayPal plugin. I also contacted the automattic engineers and they were able to reproduce the issue and opened a ticket for that. However, due to the urgency of the situation, please look into this issue asap.

Hi @ninjateamwp
I have done a Google Meet with Mia to demonstrate the issue – whenever the plugin is enabled, PayPal Payments does not work properly. I have also sent the error logs to her and hope that your team will now have enough info to solve the issue.
I really do like this plugin because of how easy it is to use it, but will have to disable it for now because we need to use PayPal for customer orders. I hope that your team will be able to resolve this issue.
Thanks
