I figured it out. Needed to create a text box. Can still have the image as HTML but needed to add it to the “Message Body” section too.

Well I am trying to use HTML code in the form and that is my downfall. How do I add the HTML code to a custom field…

That worked. I had no idea what I was doing but managed to find it and change it. Thanks so much.

Any help with changing the background colour of the footer to black as well would be awesome.

No importers are available.
