In reply to: [WooPayments: Integrated WooCommerce Payments] Credit card fields not showingThank you very much for your help!
I’ve tried to disable all the plugins and then enable them one by one with a Health Check plugin. I’ve detected a conflict with our plugin for a local parcel machine delivery. We are trying to find a solution directly with their IT service.
Thank you again for your time and help, I really appreciate it!

In reply to: [WooPayments: Integrated WooCommerce Payments] Credit card fields not showingHi,
I tried to create a staging site, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough disk space on our hosting plan to create it. It is not possible at this time to pay for the bigger hosting plan.
I tried to disable all non essential plugins one by one (all plugins that i could disable without affecting the site, like elementor) and check if the problem was gone but with no luck – the problem was still there.
We have customers every day on our site and we wouldn’t like to do what you suggested on the live site. I’m sorry for the complications. Is there any other way we could see what is causing this problem?
Thank you very much.

In reply to: [WooPayments: Integrated WooCommerce Payments] Credit card fields not showingHi,
Well yes, the issue appeared randomly, but we are adding new products almost everyday and everything worked fine until a few days ago. So I don’t think that adding products caused this problem.
We tried to find conflicts as you suggested, but with no luck.
The problem is still here – credit card input fields are not appearing when you select credit card payment option. If the page is reloaded, credit card input fields appear but then suddenly disappear if you select other payment option and then go back to selecting credit card payment again.
We tried to reverse the plugin to the previous version when everything worked ok, but with no change – the problem was still here. So we updated it again to the latest version.
Can you please help? You can recreate the issue by adding some product from the shop to cart and proceed to checkout. Select “Credit Card/Debit Card” as the payment gateway. Sometimes the credit card option is selected by default and the fields are showing. But then again, if you select other payment option and then go back to selecting credit card payment again, there are no input fields anymore.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooPayments: Integrated WooCommerce Payments] Credit card fields not showingThe only change to the website was adding new products. But like I said, everything worked great since we implemented WooPayments on our webshop.

Yes, we have the latest version – 8.4.0 – updated today after figuring out the problem and trying to solve it. The problem however showed up before the update. But the update of the WooPaymets or the WooCommerce did not help with the issue.
Hi,
I’m using a free version of the plugin Pofily.
I first created and then added my attributes to products – attribute Stanje (Condition) with values Novo (New) and Rabljeno (Used). Then I created a new filter in Pofily and here is the video of all the steps. You can see that the number of products with the added attributes are 339 for New (Novo) and 4223 for Used (Rabljeno). When I filter the products by the attribute New, I now have 10 products in the results because these are the products that were “hand” edited and when the changes were saved the attribute became visible. Other products that weren’t “hand” edited one by one but the attributes were added through your Bulk edit plugin are not visible in the filter results. So I think that there is some problem between those two plugins.

Hi,
thank you for your reply and your effort to help with this issue.
Here’s what I did – I added a new attribute for products called “stanje” (condition). Then I used ELEX plugin and I edited one part of the products with attribute “novo” (new) and the other part of the products with attribute “rabljeno” (used). However, when I add the filter “stanje” (condition) to my Pofily filter menu and when I try to filter new or used products I get the message “No products matching your selection were found”.

Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve installed the latest version. I needed to delete the attribute and then add it again, but now it works. The attribute is added to the products and the link in the product description works.
However, my filter is still not showing any products. Only when I edit and save a product (without changing anything) it is visible in the filter.
I use Pofily for filter menu. Is it possible that this plugin doesn’t recognize the attributes added via ELEX WooCommerce Advanced Bulk Edit Products, Prices & Attributes? Because it works for all other attributes and it works when I save a product.
Is there anything that could solve this?
Thank you for your help!
Thank you!
