Thanks for the quick reply. I actually mis-typed as I should have said expiring, rather than recurring. Would it be okay to change the code to this:

    $emails[21] = 'membership_expiring';

Would this target the Membership Expiring emails instead?

This was a freshly installed plugin so I have sent a support request with System Info and await their reply.

Now I have switched to importing and deleting, this is no longer an issue so I have marked this as resolved.

Thanks Waynes, yes it has now imported the remaining emails normally.

Yes, there was an issue with the home page and the plugin. I stated in both my posts that the plugin works fine on every page except the home page. However, having updated WordPeres the plugin is now working on the home page so its fixed now.

Thank you for the swift reply. I have added the https but this has no effect. I can see the extra “” in Chrome but the audio player doesn’t work on the home page in any browser. I have added the shortcode multiple times without success. To me it looks like the plugin isn’t loading on the home page any more.

Sorry I didn’t mention that I have it set to not delete emails on import, so I need it to import all emails at once. I want to know why it isn’t doing that.
