I am having a similar issue. This plugin causes an internal server error when trying to make a purchase with woocommerce. turning off Buddypress for Learndash fixes the issue.

I received a reply form this company which I will quote here:

“We have processed your refund but we can transfer the money only after you change the reviews. The refund will be procedded only after removing all those comments you have posted.”

So now they have added blackmail to their list of business behaviour. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

How do I get it to display without increasing the size of the header bar?

Hi Michael, I did check all the CSV cells and the information was defintely not there.

Opening the file in a text editor (Atom) shows that the second line is indeed there, so there is an issue with Excel 2010 reading it.

The TSV solution is working well though so it is not an issue for my client.

Hi Michael,

I’ve have discovered the opposite. I had been exporting to CSV and that was missing out the data when a return had been used in a text area. However, when I export to TSV, all the text is present when looking at it in Excel 2010. That fixes my issue but might be something to look at your end.

Do you have a link to those plugins?

Because the whole database contains references to things other than the posts, comments and content.

Are you saying that is an answer, or are you asking me whether it would work? If the former then why is is phrased as a question. If the latter then, I dont know, thats why I asked the question in the first place.

Anybody have any input on this? I’m sure it must be possible, I’m just not sure how.

Hello can someone help me with this as I need to get back to the client and his hosting provider with a reason for this occurring.

I have used BackWPUp on many different hosting providers without issue so I am hoping this is a problem with the hosting provider rather than this plugin. I may have to foot the bill for this and am keen not to.
