Thanks for the reply. I just fixed it myself by using a plugin that adds classes to widgets.

Anybody got an idea with this? I thought this would be easy to do but I cant find a single article on how to do it in WordPress

Thanks for replying. Yes, I need to edit that particular widget that has the flash animation in it. This is normally done with an ID that WordPress asigns to each individual widget. However, I cant see any IDs for any of the widgets on that page. This is what I need help with. Is it possible that the original developer has overriden the WordPress system so that they are not being assigned IDs?

Thank you for looking. Yes I fixed it in the interim by positioning the image absolutely. Again, thank you for testing it in extra browsers for me, good to know it is working in those as well.

I can confirm that shortcodes are now working. Thank you for your help and for fixing this.

I have tried this with the 2012 and 2013 and a few other themes and in all of them shortcodes do not work when they are used as a landing page template.

I’m not using a template. As I said I’m using the Customizr theme which is a bootstrap based theme: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/customizr . It handles shortcodes fine but when used as a landing page template the shortcodes are blocked. The landing page I have set up is here: https://landing-page.foxrobinson.com/go/landing-page-a/ . The contact form is currently set up in the ‘landing page form’ area but i want to have control over where it goes and how it looks so I need for it to be in the main HTML area.

I was doing the backup job for a client who I cannot currently contact. I have left a message for them requesting they contact their hosting provider. The backup was around 500MB. The website is still down so I’ll have to wait until tomorrow for further developments.
