What I’ve just seen is that it doesnt work when there is a weight rate as well as flat rate.

Same happens when order weight between 2-5 kilos. SHipping cost doesnt appear again, so the problem only occurs when flat rate is combined with weight rate. Doesnt the plugin support this https://prntscr.com/n4bnni ???

My hosting provider told me they are using CloudLinux Server release 5.11 on this server.

You are right nosilver4u, it doesnt look to be necessary.

I will give a try and install pngout later manually, because even thought the permissions are right it doesnt install.
