Apparently there was some issue with the svg logo. Now I’ve uploaded a PNG version and it seems ok so far..

thank you for your reply. I’m sorry but I had to use another plugin.

Since I tried WordPress PopUp with the same template but with two different versions of WP ( 4.4.1 and 4.3), I come to the conclusion that the problem is related with the version.

I realized it’s something related to the WordPress version.

It works properly with the 4.4.1 version, but not with 4.3 version.

Any idea about how to fix this? Without updating the WP version?

I have the same padding problem wit the the popup. I added it via media file, centered it and put the following code in the custom CSS:

.wdpu-10 .wdpu-text {
padding: 0;
}

.wdpu-10 .wdpu-inner {
overflow: inherit;
}
