    Hi Amir,

Thanks for you answer and your help. Unfortunately after testing all the solutions you’ve proposed, my issue isn’t solved. I use a staging mode to create a multisite website, do you think it may cause a conflict ?

Do you have another idea ?

    Best regards,

    Hi @ndre,

You shouldn’t have to upload the images or insert prices again when you copy the website
You’re right! I know something is probably wrong, but I don’t know what exactly. It’s very frustrating ??

Also if you restore from backup and it works the same, does it mean that it never worked correctly?
Yes my website works most of the time correctly, except once a month.
    For example:
    – my website worked correctly the last 3 weeks, with photos and prices, and yesterday is my backup 1
    – today it crashes
    – I restore the backup 1, which is supposed to work, but my website doesn’t work : no images, no prices
    – so I try other backups, without success, even if my website was correct on the days those backup where stored.

    Strange or not ?

I forgot : after creating those files, I upload all the images in the media menu and I assigned each media to a product. Then, I manually complete the prices

    Hi @ndre,

    To answer your questions :
Do you add pricing to the short description instead of the price field?
No, I actually use the price field

Can you enable WP_DEBUG and check if there are any errors?
When I turn on the WP_DEBUG, here are the errors :

Deprecated: sanitize_url est obsolète depuis la version 2.8.0 ! Utilisez esc_url_raw() à la place. in /home/pourbric/PBM53/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5083
Notice: Undefined index: base-uri in /home/pourbric/PBM53/wp-content/plugins/wp-content-security-policy/includes/WP_CSP.php on line 364
Notice: Undefined index: manifest-src in /home/pourbric/PBM53/wp-content/plugins/wp-content-security-policy/includes/WP_CSP.php on line 364
Notice: Undefined index: worker-src in /home/pourbric/PBM53/wp-content/plugins/wp-content-security-policy/includes/WP_CSP.php on line 364

Then I deactivate WP_CSP, and the only message which remains is the first one “deprecated…”

When you go to the WordPress > Media menu, do you see the images that should be assigned to products?
I only see the images that are stored in the 2022/07 folder, but not their thumbnails. And when I go to the products, there are no more links to those images that are still in the media menu.
The other images (older folders) are not in this menu, even if they are still stored in the FTP folders.

When you restore from backup, are the pricing and images still missing?
Yes, unfortunately they are still missing

How did you copy the website?
After creating the new subdomain name, I export the database and rename it. Then I import it into the phpmyadmin folders.
And I create the FTP folder by the “copy” function of the FTP explorer. The system ask me to rename them, and locate it in a folder on the root (ex : copying root/PBM59 to root/PBM53)

    Hi @ndre,
    Thanks for your answer.

On my website I use :
    – Contact Form 7
    – Document Gallery
    – Easy Bootstrap Shortcode
    – Easy Google fonts
    – EU cookies Bar
    – Imagify
    – Leaflet map
    – Limit login attempts
    – Porfolio Gallery
    – Redirection
    – Shortcodes ultimate
    – Social share buttons
    – widget d’avis Google
    – WP content security policy plugin
    – WP Statistics
    – Yoast SEO

Do you think one of them is causing the problem?

Thank you for your message @threadi . Unfortunately, the links are still unavailable after deactivated the plugin “Easy Bootstrap Shortcode”.

@a2hostingrj I agree with you. They told me again that my support level is only for critical issues..

    Hello @stfrosty
    It’s a shared hosting plan

    Thank you a2hostingrj
I already ran a health check, an that’s how I found out that it was the error 28. The text says : REST API request failed with an error
Then I deactivated the plugins one by one, without finding the origin of the issue.

I also contacted OVH, but it’s not their responsability
