Even though it was possible to achieve that on older versions by configuring sender’s email.

I think you might have issues with your hosting provider. Try to remind admins password and see if you receive an email. If you don’t consider using easy SMTP plugin.

For a starters my name is Aidas, not Adidas, lol.
What you should do is try to disable other plugins that use recaptcha, I checked the source, and I see multiple instances of google recaptcha js being loaded, this might be your problem.

Mightbe that some plugin loads slighly different version of js code

Try double brackets in from title field. For e.g.: {{nm_field_4}}
Since you can construct you from title like this:
{{nm_field_4}} {{nm_field_2}}

first ID would stand for first name and last name.

Hello,

You should try to enable default plugin style in settings. When you do so, all error and success messages should be styled for you.

If you not happy with default plugin styles, I can provide you some styles to make error to be bold red.
