Hi again Andrew. I reverted back to the 2013 theme, and wordpress immediately rendered the instagram photo correctly with the same code, even without disabling plugins.

I’m using the photocrati theme. I’ll contact them to see what the real problem is.

    Thanks again for your help.

OK, thanks for the tip. I’m out of the house right now on my phone, but I’ll try that in a few hours when I get access.

So wordpress doesn’t have an issue per say with iframe tags? and it’s possibly my theme or a plugin?

    Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I will look into other plugins.

One thing however I am not sure about is if I can easily transfer the email addresses of my current subscribers easily to a new plugin, or if I would have to enter them again manually?

    Thanks

Hi WPyogi, thanks for the quick response.

That seems to have done the trick. Thanks for the tip.

    Just a couple of further questions though;

    1) Now that I don’t specify the alignment, does this mean that different browsers could interpret the code differently? Could I see diffferent alignments when using different browser?

    2) In the case of the first image on the link that I gave you, I notice that I must still select the alingment if I want the etxt to wrap around it, so I have specified left alignment there. One thing I do notice is that it always leaves a large gap of about 3 lines below the image before the text returns to the left of the screen. How can I reduce this gap so that the text fits better?

    Thanks again for the help

Thanaks a lot for getting back to me.
Please take a look at https://www.thestrayphotographer.com/kyushu-summer-rains-and-volcanoes/ here you can see the problem that I am having, where the gaps appear between the images. As I said it doesn’t happen on all themes.

    Thanks for the help

Ok, I understand. Perhaps someone will stumble across this post with some ideas as to what to do.

I would try a different theme, but I really like this Lensa theme. It would be perfect for what I want if I could just manage to overcome this issue.

Sorry, I didn’t realise this theme wasn’t supported. It just that I was led here by other posts which I had found on a google search where people had had problems with this theme and asked here for help. Maybe things have changed since them posts were written.

As for asking for support from the developer. It seems I have to pay for support, something which I haven’t done as I only grabbed a free theme.
