Hi. Thank you. Sorry it took me a while. Here is the exported form on my Google Drive: https://docs.google.com/document/d/148w_b1v_-nKafTppbNE3YiEz9PTx8Thz7LyqEnIJVyI/edit?usp=sharing
Turns out it was all Stripe’s fault (even though I did a thorough troubleshoot session with them first and they swore it wasn’t them.) I just received this, and my form is working again.
————————Hello,
We’re writing to inform you that we recently identified a misconfiguration that would’ve caused excessive IP rate limiting resulting in 429 API error responses from 5/15/23 at 16:20 UTC – 5/16/23 at 19:03 UTC.. This has been corrected and should now be resolved.
We’re deeply sorry for the disruption. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Just checking — did you get my form?
Here’s the export of one of the 7 forms that is having the problem:

1. I just noticed that the error says “http” not “https” — the entire site is https, so no clue why the forms with the credit card field are suddenly sending to Stripe with only http (but that would explain why Stripe is unable to accept it — it can only accept https.)2. This is happening with 7 out of 8 of our forms, all of which have the credit card field. The one form that does not have the credit card field works fine.

Okay, I have solved the problem. After doing all the above, I noticed I had a rule set for the field and after eliminating it, the field appeared and worked fine.
Thanks.
Thanks for that. On my staging site, I switched to the default Twenty Twelve theme, deactivated all plugins except Forminator and the page still does not show the Payment field in the embedded form.

So it appears to be an issue with Forminator.
Your assistance is very much appreciated.
Due to it being on the staging site, which is password protected, you probably will not be able to view the page I linked to.

forminator Stripe payment field not showing on live page, only on admin preview
I deleted all four and it did not break anything. All was well after that. So I guess I did the right thing. They have not appeared agains since.
Yes, disabling WordFence allowed it to work. But, we do want WordFence to be on, so is there something we can do?
