I have tried everything suggested, including deleting cf7 and re-installing and I still get the “this field has syntax errors” message under “Mail: From”. I have possibly lost potential business as the contact form cannot be sent. This is very upsetting and has taken days of frustrating attempts and still nothing works.

Is there another form out there that I can transfer my form settings to? I’d really not want to start from scratch as my forms are fairly lengthy.

I am still not understanding how to fix these issues. what exactly am I supposed to enter in the Mail – From box???

Isn’t this supposed to be the info of the one filling out my form? why would I enter any of my info here and if I should then what name and email am I supposed to use?

this is very confusing to me and none of the above answers have been any help so far.
