– the option Require Phone works only for the the phone number field.

– the option Require Billing Address gives the error message “The “require billing address” option is not enabled by your account and has been disabled.”

some remark in addition. I think, it can help You. Today in the morning I updated to the new version of the Plugin (Version 1.4.2) and found this behavior.

– If I buy something with delivering as physical product like a print, everything is fine, all necessary adressfields are requested correctly

– If I buy a non physical product (no delivering is nessesarry) like a download or a virtual product, only name and email address will requested, normal address fields (Street, City, ZIP-Code) will not marked as nessesary

thanks for the message but before I grand You full access.Please know, start You should activate Maintenance Mode (with Plugin installed), that normal Users not can the store see as long as You test some things. Ok?

have the same error. Have deactivate all plugins (only woocommerce active) and theme TwentySeventeen temporarily activated. Without Your plugin everything is fine. When I activate Your plugin I got the error.

have checkt is with theme Twenty Seventeen and only the 2 plugins active:
– Maintenance Mode
– WooCommerce

without WooCommerce PayPal Express Checkout Gateway everything is fine. With active WooCommerce PayPal Express Checkout Gateway I got the error.

in the cart and use only the mouseover view of the cart (no click) there is the symbol of paypal express not so good. Have You any idea?

the last update of woocommerce and Flatsome shows the paypal express button again on the website. Is the problem with no billing address now fixed (for all products, shipping free, virtual products …)?

I can’t because I have an answer from Paypal directly. I must get a special contact with paypal directly to get the address for the receipt. I have solved the problem by deactivate the Paypal Button via CSS and now my Store give me the address directly via necessary input fields
