hi DB I am really appreciative of your help with this as I am starting to tear my hear out, I have copied the header section from github you mention above and still no joy – could it be the google analytics that’s mucking it up as I have added that to the header.php

I am using a child theme

disabled all plugins still didn’t work, have reactivated most of them but still no mobile version

I downloaded a plugin disabling copying on the site, I have now disabled it but still no joy unfortunately

also I tried the margin 0 auto to no avail…
