Doing this did at least make it possible to enter one subaccount. However…

    1. Doing so gave this error: “Your session has most likely timed out. You can try reloading the page or logging in again.” Even when logging in again, the same message appears. I am not sure what is causing an auto-logout in the process.
    2. As a separate issue, the login again button inherited none of the styles of my site and looks out of place, aside from logging users out. The style sheets should not trump over the site’s.
    3. The formatting on the page is now jumbled and the words and menus for subaccounts are on top of each other.
    4. It says that no subaccount was created, so the master account holder thinks the action did not work at all. However, one was created, which I can see from the admin dashboard.
    5. The created subaccount inherited none of the attributes and has none of the access of the master account, which is the whole point of a family plan.
    6. I also need the ability to customize the fields. A family plan should not have “company name” as a field and I do want to make first and last name mandatory.

I sent screenshots of the above issues to your support since I cannot post media here.

This helps. This option weights all the subparts equally, even when the answer weights are different. Example:

    A. answer weight is 1 point

    B. answer weight is 1 point

    C. answer weight is 1 point

    D. answer weight is 3 points

Total question is worth 6 points. Clicking A and D calculates as 3/6 instead of 4/6. Is there a way to have the answer weights calculate correctly?

I do not know if I should open a new thread, but my second question is how to award partial points for answers. For example, Total question is worth 10:

    A. Best answer =10

    B. Second best answer gets 7 points

    C. Third best gets 4 points

    D. Final answer gets 0

Can I set it up so that a user gets 0, 4, 7, or 10 depending on the answer chosen? A number of the kinds of questions I would like to ask have gradated answers. As it stands currently, it is a 10 or nothing even when the answer weights are set correctly.
