It could be a conflict with another plugin, but it is hard to tell without access to your website.

You could try to increase execution time by adding this to your .htaccess file
php_value max_execution_time 300

Sounds like a misconfiguration in Siteground and/or Cloudflare. I use Swift with Siteground in combination with Cloudflare on regular base and have no problem with it.

Do/did you use also the SG Optimizer plugin? When you enable Swift, you don′t need that.

Did you purge cache after changing settings in your configuration?

Without viewing your configuartion it is hard to give you a solution.

For Lite version they provide only Basic support (to keep it compatible and fix major 3rd party conflicts).

Please check if your .htaccess still have some rules of Swift inside. If so, just remove those lines.

I think another cache (layer) causes these problem.

May I ask why you removed Swift?
