Hi Eva,

There was not notification at the top of the product edit page. I tried a couple of things. I added the UPC in it’s slot with all the dashes, ex: 7-34122-00015-9. I was able to update, no problem. I then tried to add the GTIN the same way and it wouldn’t let me update. I tried pasting the number without the dashes and I was able to update, ex: 734122000159. Is this an acceptable format for the GTIN in your plugin? As I mentioned my client is the one that added this plugin so I didn’t read up on it to much.

I am excited to hear that I can do this. I am just getting started with elementor and I’m not sure where I put that hashtag. I’m not sure if it’s in Appearance>Customize should I be in the Elementor plugin somewhere?

I am also trying to google this and have found a few videos but not sure if it’s what I should be doing.

It’s not WordPress at it best. It’s a theme at it’s worst. I’m using ZetaPro from the same company. I paid $99 for their package and the theme functionality is awful. You make a change in the customize area (once you’ve figured out how to do it) and it doesn’t show on the live site. But wait, sometimes it does! It can make life interesting since you never know exactly what your visitors are seeing.

I am going to ask for a refund.

I don’t know if one can add on to a previous review but I’m going to try here. Yesterday evening (Friday) I had a situation with a form that I needed guidance on so I created a ticket at Ninja Forms. Two hours later the form was functioning perfectly after the assist from the Ninjas. I truly can’t say enough good about the product and the level of support.

Matt, I did make some changes. Based on your initial reply I went into Artisteer and turned off bullets in the content area and that seemed to work. If you have a better way I’m all ears. And again, thanks for your assistance.

I should have asked: Is there a way to add new fields within an existing form, not just adding at the bottom. Sorry that I wasn’t clear in my first post.
