The only secure place to get the previous version of the plugin is from the WordPress repository here : https://fr.www.ads-software.com/plugins/mangopay-woocommerce/advanced/.
At the bottom of the page, you have all the previous versions.

Pourriez-vous contacter le support MANGOPAY en mentionnant le lien vers le thread et mon nom afin qu’ils puissent vous envoyer l’ancienne version du plugin ?
Vous devrez l’installer en l’uploadant sur votre serveur et en rempla?ant les fichiers de la nouvelle version.

Je peux vous fournir cette version.
Cependant, ce bug n’affecte que les personnes qui ont coché l’option “Use this page for payment template” : visible ici : wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=mangopay. Et utilisent une page de paiement personnalisé.
Pourriez-vous vérifier que c’est bien votre cas ?

Vous devriez normalement être redirigé vers une page avec l’URL suivante : https://api.sandbox.mangopay.com/Content/PaylineTemplateWidget?XXXXX (si vous êtes en sandbox).
Pourriez-vous me dire qu’elle est l’url de la page “Paiement MANGOPAY” vers laquelle vous êtes redirigé ? (la page blanche que vous évoquez).

The plugin can only work with WC Vendors (and therefore a multiple vendors configuration).
If you want to work with just one eshop, you will need to integrate the MANGOPAY API.

Avez-vous fait un essai de paiement avec uniquement les plugins suivants activés :
– Woocommerce
– WC Vendors
– MANGOPAYLe reste doit être désactivé.

You use “mangopay_payform” shortcut? Do you have any error in the console?
What is the name of your theme?Could you test with only the WC Vendors, Woocommerce and MANGOPAY plugin activated ?

Did you contact MANGOPAY support? They will be able to find your request and tell you what is missing in the request. That could help us debug the issue. I can’t reproduce the error on my side.does this mean, the current updated Plugin State is unusable for Production mode ==> In production it will work. The case has been added to help you do your tests.
