Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Publicize LinkedIn Redirect ErrorWe just started seeing this same issue with one of our client’s websites but only one. I have tried the change the permalinks and several other solutions for the redirect error that others have had with different parts of wordpress. We were on Jetpack 3.02 and have upgraded the jetpack to the most current release but no luck. I’m definitely interested in any solutions that others find.
The issue still happens when feedwordpress is disabled so the Optimize In clause isn’t the issue.
I disabled all of the 25+ plugins and the same result. I can see the arrows on the slider but no images are displayed.
It appears there was a bad image. we deleted the image that was in the offending slider and then I could access the slider and add/remove images. So the admin page is working but the sliders still aren’t being displayed
there are 4 sliders defined. I can click on 3 of them and the slider displays. the 4th slider i click on displays new admin page at all. how do i delete a slider without clicking on it?
Ive been able to add more images to the slider without the error message appearing. I’ve turned on all of the plugins that were turned off to troubleshoot. The meta-slider admin screen id displayed but the slider down not appear on the main page under the radio show title
if you look at https://schaumburg.linkedlocalnetwork.com there is a box that says Our Radio Show hosts, underneath the caption should be the slider created in the message above
I’ve disabled multiple plugins on the schaumburg site. I can now see the mega-slider admin pahe. I created a new slider and when adding the 3rd slide I got the following message:Warning: imagecreatetruecolor() [function.imagecreatetruecolor]: Invalid image dimensions in /homepages/39/d284713208/htdocs/llnschaumburg/wp-includes/media.php on line 937

Found a resolution on the women.linkedlocalnetwork.com On feedwordpress we had disabled: Optimize IN clauses:
Advanced setting. As of releases up to 3.3.2, WordPress still generates many SQL queries with an extremely inefficient use of the IN operator (for example, SELECT user_id, meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_usermeta WHERE user_id IN (1)). When there is only one item in the set, the IN operator is unnecessary; and inefficient, because it prevents SQL from making use of indexes on the table being queried. Activating this setting will cause these queries to get rewritten to use a simple equality operator when there is only one item in the set (for example, the example query above would be rewritten as SELECT user_id, meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_usermeta WHERE user_id = 1).
When this option is enabled the slider and feedwordpress are working together. When that option is disabled then the image slides appear.
We are still having problems with the http:/schaumburg.linkedlocalnetwork.com meta-slider page is completely blank
https://women.linkedlocalnetwork.com/
The widget space underneath the Search widget is where the is a meta-slider defined in a text widget
I’ve got 2 issues with mega slider. In the https://schaumburg.linkedlocalnetwork.com the meta-slider doesn’t appear when you click on the Meta-Slider menu item. I have a screen image but I’m not sure how to upload the file.
The second issue is with https://women.linkedlocalnetwork.com, when we Activate feedwordpress then the sliders disappear. This had been working until about 3 days ago. Ive disabled all of the plugins and then slowly reenabled the plugins. The issue wasn’t seen until feedwordpress was enabled.

I’ve deactivated all plugins. When I activate the plugin I receive the following message:

Any thoughts?
