well for me i have two websites , i did all the necessary updates wordpress 5.1 and the last yoast version and updates all themes and plugins …. the first website the Yoast metabox is not showing and the other website works fine , the only diffrence between the two websites is the hosting server settings i changed some options recently and it was causing the problem now its working fine again in the Gutengerg editor .
so reset the server settings to default /clean cach in browser and CDN if you use one and restart your machine. this is what i did

i have exactly the same problem , i tried everything i could.
and disabling Gutenberg doesn’t help still the same blank metabox even with the classic editor.

i am using cloudflare too and i have about 50 diffrent IP for only one user in the logged-in section, i tried to change the admin user and still have the same logged ip number. (my Ip is also logged in ).
i am running another plugin (wordfence ) that send me email when a user is logged in and i did not receive more than one when i logged as admin.

i hope it helps to know the issue , if it’s really an issue
