Looked like the issue was in cloudflare (the website is hosted in digital ocean + CDN cloudflare). When I connected the cloudflare’s API, the problem was solved.

When you create the campaign (in infusionsoft) theres a goal called “WordPress opt-in”. Insert this in the campaign.

After that double-click the goal and choose tha form that you created in WordPress.
