In reply to: [All Import Export Suite for CSV and XML Datafeed] Post Category ParentHi,
The parent and child hierarchical categories import feature is not available in our free product.If you have the categories with parent and child hierarchical means you can just mentioned those in your CSV file. It will be assign those categories for the respective posts with those hierarchical.
EX: Categ1 | Categ2 | Categ3 | Categ4 | Categ5
Here,
Categ1 & Categ3 are parent categories.
Categ2 is child of Categ1 category.
Categ4 is child of Categ3 category.
Categ5 is child of Categ4 category.
If you gave above mentioned example value to one of your post means, It will shown the hierarchical view as like below in your post edit view after imports get completed.View of assigned hierarchal Category:
— Categ1
— — Categ2
— Categ3
— — Categ4
— — — Categ5Otherwise, The mentioned categories which is present in CSV will be created as new category without parent and child hierarchal like below.
View of assigned non-hierarchical Category:
— Categ1
— Categ2
— Categ3
— Categ4
— Categ5Thanks.

In reply to: [All Import Export Suite for CSV and XML Datafeed] post_date is not workingHi,
The default post_date format is in WordPress are “UTC time is 2014-10-24 4:35:22”. You can check in your WordPress general settings under Settings.You should mention the date format like “YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS” or “YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS” in your CSV file. OtherWise, If you mention the date as “12-11-10 12:00:00” in format of “YY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS” (or) “MM-DD-YY HH:MM:SS” (or) “DD-MM-YY HH:MM:SS” means its automatically considered the first two digits as year like in the format of “YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS”. Then, the imported date will be like “2012-11-10 12:00:00”.
So, you have to mention the date correct as in WordPress default format.
Here, I have attached the sample CSV & screenshots for the importer reports. Kindly check those and verify with the sample CSV.
Thanks.

@jodzeee,
Kindly, follow the below steps. It will be helpful.
1) Check whether the uploads directory be with write permission ( chmod 777 ) under your wp-contents. Otherwise set 777 mode for that uploads.
2) Check any theme/other plugin conflicts occurs. If any switch of the theme/plugins and check with new import.
3) Check with your php.ini settings on your local environment. May be you could configured your environment with low values.
So, overwrite the below values in your php.ini file to support maximum request. Or else you can add the values in your custom php.ini settings.max_input_vars = 3000
suhosin.get.max_vars = 3000
suhosin.post.max_vars = 3000
suhosin.request.max_vars = 3000Still you have the problem means. Send us your error log and proper screen-casts to our support team – [email protected].

In reply to: [All Import Export Suite for CSV and XML Datafeed] Import link@nhung123,
The “row A” might be the custom field right?
Our importer supports the default custom fields. So you can add the column in your csv for the “row A” and add the values for it.Ex:- “row A” as column header and “/page-1.html” as column value.
You can see the custom field in the mapping section like “CF: row A” if the field is not found means you can map to “Add Custom Field”. Once all the fields are mapped then proceed the import.
Now, you can see the permalinks values for the respective pages. It’s similar to all custom fields.
Kindly leave your valuable Rating & Feedback.
For further queries you can use the support tab in the plugin itself to contact our support team.
