My problem is not that I cannot force someone to create an account, I don’t want an account being created whenever someone aborts the payment process.

i did not get an answer to my last questions, but you put me on the right track.
1 First i changed the product to “virtual” but that didn’t change a thing.
2 Then i changed the product to “downloadable”, with nothing in the field for the document. And that did the trick!

Yes, what you describe is correct: It doesn’t change to completed and therefore I have to do this myself.

First of all: The product is an online course and i do not need an address. Therefore, I think it can be handled the same way as a downloadable product. But I do need to create an order.

1. As I understand: If I want to use the orders API i have to collect the extra customer-address-info? Then it will work?
2. If i switch to payment API will woocommerce then still create an order, which will be changed to completed? (which is necessary for me)`

I have been searching further and in the payment (Mollie) logs it says:
Error executing API call (422: Unprocessable Entity): The following fields of the billingAddress are missing: streetAndNumber, postalCode, city, country.
But: the customer is not obliged to give this info. Name and e-mail are enough.
Is this a Mollie-Woocommerce error or what?

I tried what you asked, but is stayed the same.
Since some time now, if someone does a proper payment through Mollie it doesn’t work either.
The order status changes from “Wachten op betaling” to “in behandeling”
Ans right after that (2 seconds later) back from
“In behandeling” to “Wachten op betaling” (i don’t know the proper English terms)
All this time i have to manually check if the payment is on my bankaccount and then change status manually to “Completed”.
What could go wrong?

Well,
All of a sudden i saw (on the right side) that i can change how many times a task will be performed per user….. it was at 1, which makes it very logical for the trigger not to be executed…. I made it 100 and now it works every time….

Yes i see what you mean, I really don’t know where to look for a solution. Because every time i try it, just the first log-item appears.

I have already done both. Did not work. The user is really not listed.
I think something happens in between.
What i am starting to suspect is Learnpress. I am using learnpress integration with woocommerce and mailpoet too.
Do you know of problems in combination with that?

Stays the same. The logs say that there was a trigger, de Automation says “0” completions. And the user is not added to the Mailpoet list. Seems to be stuck in the middle.

I use an automation for “logged in users”
As for point 1: Yes the orders are completed.
Point 2: The user is subscribed already to another list.
The strange thing is: The automation says “0” completions
The log says: the automation has been triggered

I already tried cloning the automation.

Ow and although the log says the triggers have been met, the automation show 0 Completions
