I had this exact same issue.

I resolved it by deactivating jQuery Updater plugin that I had installed. Apparently, it was coming into conflict with this plugin, as well as functionality with my theme.

I recommend you look into deactivating this or any plugin which might be updating the version of your jQuery file.

Looking at the error logs, it would appear as though the plugin has failed to create the necessary tables in the MySQL database (e.g. wp_redirection_items,wp_redirection_groups…etc).

Maybe that’s why we’re all getting a blank error page, the plugin is making to requests to database tables that don’t exists.

Could this be it? Anyone have any other clues?

I have the same problem as everyone here.

Clicking on the “Redirection” tab under “Tools” just sends me to a blank section.
Seems to be the case with versions 2.3.8 and above. Running WordPress version 4.0
